Project Description

I learnt one big lesson from this project… try not to use cheap wraps where possible! Reason being is that they do not deal well with change of conditions as they are too thin.

The first time this kit was wrapped it was done in Taiwanese black wrap and stored in a loft. It wrinkled badly on the bass drum and toms and after a few months in storage I decided to do it again but this time with Black Delmar wrap. The carousel images show you the first time round and the main image shows you the 12″ re-wrapped in Delmar.

Lesson learnt! But there’s a price to pay and that is Delmar wrap is double the cost. If you wanted a Pearl or sparkle it could be up-to 3 times as much as the black Taiwan wrap.
